This program helps borrowers who are education professionals, sworn officers of the state of Florida, healthcare professionals, and all active duty military and veterans with a very low, 30-year fixed interest rate mortgage.

Florida First

This program helps borrowers by offering a low 30-year fixed rate loan. It is for all qualified borrowers who need the low rates to make monthly payments more affordable.

Florida Plus

This program offers a low 30-year fixed rate loan and 3 percent (3%) of the loan amount automatically goes to borrower(s) as a grant to help with down payment and/or closing costs.

Florida Advantage

This program offers a very low rate to borrowers with disabilities, in Urban Infill areas, Federally Designated Target Areas, Front Porch, HOPE VI Communities, and participants in the Self-Help Housing Program.
